This sauce is so good and so spicy that the Food Network did a show about it. It will hit you upside the head while jabbing you with a barrage of various spices. Habaneros, jalapenos, cajun spice, capsicum and Frank’s Red Hot are just a few ingredients in this sauce that also doubles as bear-repellent. V GF

This sauce is the Luther Vandross of bbq wing sauce. It is sweet, smooth and will have you begging for more. There is no spice at all in this sauce for wing lovers of all ages. Sweet Garlic Messiness. GF

This sauce is so good it is stupid. We have been asked to ship this sauce to all corners of the globe. This mother of all concoctions is getting closer to being renamed “Already Famous” Spicy Peanut Sauce. This sauce won second place in the “Creative Sweet” category at the National Buffalo Wing Festival. Sweet and spicy Thai-inspired peanut sauce with a classic Frank’s Red Hot base. V

JAMAICAN JERK

Caribbean-inspired sauce that is so complex it will leave you wondering what just crossed your pallet and will leave you crying for more. A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet, a whole lotta flavor. We’ll spare you with the proverbial, “You will love it mon!”. V

RASPBERRY HABANERO

This dynamic, tasty sauce has a cult following. Those who love the combination of sweetness, fruitiness and habaneros have been known to buy it by the gallon. This unique sauce has a traditional Frank’s Red Hot base. Order some Spicy Peanut with this one for a PB & J! V GF

Our proud rendition of classic Buffalo Wing sauce. This will kick up the endorphins a little bit but is manageable for most. A house favorite! GF

BUFFALO HOT

Our spiced-up version of traditional Buffalo Wing sauce perfectly blends heat and tanginess. If Medium isn’t quite enough, well, some like it Hot. GF

BUFFALO EXTRA HOT

This classic Buffalo Wing sauce stays true to it’s Buffalo roots and packs a wallop that will get your endorphins flowing and maybe even some other bodily fluids. Fresh jalapenos and habaneros are abundant in this sauce. Not for the noobs. V GF

HOOSIER AMBER?

5.3% ABV 57 IBU
Subtle layers of malt build the backbone of this enjoyable amber ale. It is topped off with Willamette hops for a smooth finish. We’re making Bloomington proud.

SHOCKS OF SHEBA IPA

6.8% ABV 68 IBU
100% Organic Malts, This Northwest IPA is inspired by KBOO’s mainstay Reggae program Shocks of Sheba. As strong as its inspiration, this IPA is brewed with 100% organic malt, copious amounts of hops, has great riddim and a good vibe.

X-TINGUISHER WHEAT

5.5% ABV 36 IBU
Put the fire out with an ale brewed using Pilsner, Vienna and Wheat malts. The beer is complimented by the unique Sorachi Ace hop which lends tropical, citrus and pine flavor.

ELECTRIC MUD

6.6% ABV 30 IBU
Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. “Well you know when I plug into your socket, I can charge you like no one else can.” – Muddy Waters

WONDERIN’ RYE

5% ABV 43 IBU
Our session ale is designed to pair brilliantly with Buffalo wings. A golden ale, this beer is brewed with a hefty base of rye malt for a crisp, dry finish. Light, refreshing, and a perfect palate cleanser after eating some Bourbon Chipotle wings.

THE RED HEADED STRANGER

6.5% ABV 70 IBU
Winter Seasonal. Pilsner, Vienna, Carapils, Crystal and roasted malts, Centennial, Liberty, and Nugget hops. Brewed with intention, this is a small batch NW Red Ale.

MOUNTAIN LITE

5% ABV 13 IBU
Summer Seasonal. This refreshing lager brewed with Pils, Carapils and Vienna malts and Nugget, Santium and Sterling hops, is a bright, light, easy drinking beer built for the summer months.

TAPROOM MENU

OUR DEAL

Our taproom opened in December of 2016, five years after brewing our first batch of beer. The stools are comfy, our barrels are perfect for dice, and we always offer up salty snacks pro bono.

We are open only to adults of legal drinking age. We do rent the space for special (21+) occasions.

THE DRINKS

We pour from a selection of small kegs curated by the brewers, so our tap list is constantly changing. In addition to our house beer selection we can offer up some fine whiskeys, and if that doesn’t float your evening we also have a few wines, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages as well.

FOR DINNER

We can add your party to the Fremont waiting list directly from the taproom! Skip the line at the host stand and start your evening off in style: we’ll let you know when your table is ready and you can bring any in-progress drinks along to your table. We are able to offer a very limited menu on request.
