Lump crab & gulf shrimp baked in a roasted tomato habañero cream sauce, topped with lettuce, shaved radish, cilantro & queso fresco.

Ensalada Con Pollo:

Hearts of romaine with adobo chicken, blackened tomatoes, roasted corn, jícama & rajas. Served with avocado & smoked chile dressing.

Ensal ada de Res:

Seared steak over baby arugula, marinated mushrooms, roasted onions, & chayote squash. Topped with crispy tortillas, queso fresco & Mexican oregano vinaigrette.

Ensalada de Jaiba:

Chilled blue crab meat over baby greens with mango, roasted tomatoes, avocado & cucumber. Topped with crispy plantains & jamaica vinaigrette.

Quesadilla Grande:

Two 12 inch hand stretched tortillas filled with queso Chihuahua & your choice of adobo marinated chicken, short rib barbacoa, or rajas. Served with pico de gallo, crema & salsa verde cruda.

About Alamexo

Restaurants are in Matt Lake’s blood. He literally grew up in the business. His parents owned a small general store in Circleville, N.Y. that also offered off-site catering, so by the time he was 13 years old he was creating parties and events with them, sometimes feeding 13,000 on any given weekend.
