AL PASTOR

Diced pork shoulder held for 24 hours in spicy adobo marinade. While it is being cooked we add some pineapple to give it a hint of sweetness. A classic authentic Mexican dish.

FISH

Hand cut Mahi Mahi or Ono served grilled sautéed or beer battered. Battered fish is made to order, dipped in a special Tecate Beer batter and deep fried. Grilled Sautéed fish is seasoned to perfection and made to order. Be sure to try it Baja Style!

White Shrimp served grilled sautéed or beer battered. Battered shrimp is made to order, dipped in a special Tecate Beer batter and deep fried. Grilled Sautéed shrimp is seasoned to perfection and made to order. Be sure to try it Baja Style!

Choice of authentic beans made from scratch with choice of rice, topped with homemade Guacamole and salsa.
We only use the highest quality locally sourced ingredients and offer a wide variety of authentic Mexican flavors that allow you to enjoy a quick and healthy meal. Everything is made in house from scratch including our fresh Pico De Gallo and Guacamole.

CARNITAS

Pork shoulder slow cooked for three hours in our secret recipe until the meat falls off the bone.

CARNE ASADA

A classic favorite. Diced steak kept for 24 hrs in our secret marinade. Seared and seasoned on our open grill to lock in the flavor and made fresh throughout the day.

POLLO ASADO

Marinated for 24 hours and then seasoned to perfection. Cooked on our open grill throughout the day to ensure the freshest flavor.

About Chronic Tacos

Randy and Dan grew up in SoCal, where every corner was packed with fresh Mexican. The food was great, but they knew there was an opportunity to create a taco shop with great Mexican food and a vibe inspired by their Southern California roots.

Great service, music, and artistic design would be essential– but it was the food that would be the cornerstone.
