Poblano Rojo

– this mild red salsa with a little bigger kick is delivered by a zesty blend of peppers, it gives a great boost to the flavor of our steak dishes

 

Cilantro-Lime

– A medium bodied creamy cilantro sauce with a citrus tang, it was designed to complement the flavor of our fish and delivers a smooth zest as a dressing for our mexican salad

 

Pico De Gallo

– Our medium spiced flavor that is perfect for every dish- Freshly prepared with tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and serrano peppers. Try It with any item, or add a larger portion to a side of chips

 

Seasonal Habanero

– You can count on a hot habanero salsa on our menu, and we balance that spicy kick with the freshest of local fruits, vegetables and herbs. Don’t let the combinations throw you off, we deliver a balanced taste profile along with that fiery pepper flavor!

– Fresh seasonal vegetables tossed with a savory south-of-the-border spice mix, grilled and topped with cabbage, tomato and cilantro, along with our mango-tomatillo salsa on a warm locally made 6” corn tortilla
